Why are you involved with Montessori education?

I love that the Montessori approach creates a child-centred environment, rich with purposeful materials and a world of possibilities for the children to explore, absorb and learn from.

How would you describe what you do?

My role is to nurture, support and guide the children throughout their day.

What’s your favourite thing about your role?

I love observing the children’s development, seeing how they change and grow throughout their learning journey. Those moments of pride and joy, which the children take from their day, are always a privilege to see.
