What do you love about MIC?

EVERYTHING! We wanted our children to have a Montessori education and MIC is the perfect school for us. We love the community spirit, we love the dedication of all of the guides and other school staff members which is above and beyond, and we love the beautiful school grounds.

What year did you join the MIC parent community?

Term 1 2020 – our daughter started in Goolum (Early Learning) when she was 3 years old.

How would you best describe your role as a Parent Ambassador?

I see my role as a PA to communicate information from the school to our families, create and encourage a strong class connection and assist families with providing any information or assistance they may require. I help ensure there is a strong line of communication both from the school to families and vice versa.

What’s your favourite thing about your role as Parent Ambassador?

The social aspect. I love organising class catch ups and getting to know the families. I also love being involved within the school community.
