Kate Hemat-Siraky is an energetic, experienced and highly capable Non Executive Director, People Consultant and Executive Coach. Kate is the Director of Zest People Solutions, a member of the Advisory Board of Pets In the Park, a national charity supporting companion pets of people experiencing homelessness and an Ambassador for Elladex, an impact-based movement supporting women.

Kate has worked at the senior executive level for Merivale, Tennis Australia and the Australian Open and Oaks Hotels & Resorts. She holds a Bachelor of Business, with distinction, majoring in Human Resource Management from QUT and is an accredited Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach.

An accomplished HR Generalist, Kate enjoys advising Boards and working with organisations that are driven to improve their people outcomes, genuinely care about their team and have an appetite to grow through experimentation and change.

Kate is also Mum to two cool little dudes, Lincoln and Levi as well as furbaby, RJ.
