Why are you involved with Montessori education?
I was initially introduced to Montessori education when placed at MIC as a pre-service teacher in Adolescence. Although I knew nothing of the philosophy before then, I was immediately convinced that all students should have an opportunity to learn this way. I only wish that I received a Montessori education when I was at school.

How would you describe what you do?
As an educator, I guide each individual child’s learning interests and inspire them to make new learning discoveries each day.

What’s your favourite thing about your role?
Every single day is different and unexpected. Observing the natural curiosity of a child as they learn is both insightful and inspiring.
