What do you love about Montessori?

When it comes to finding the right school for my daughter, I chose Montessori as I was looking for a nurturing environment that will help my child grow and learn. Montessori offers this and more, with an approach to learning that helps children become confident and independent which I love! With hands-on learning, Montessori provides an excellent foundation for my daughter. I want the best for my child, and a Montessori education was high on my list.

What year did you join the MIC parent community?

2019 – our daughter started in Early Learning at MIC

How would you best describe your role as a Parent Ambassador?

I believe that it takes a village to raise a child. I am committed to creating a close-knit community where parents can pitch in with their ideas and support each other. I will communicate with parents, sharing updates on what our children are learning, and remind parents of key dates. I will encourage parents to get involved in the school community. By working together, I hope that we can create a supportive environment for all our Montessori children.

What’s your favourite thing about your role as a Parent Ambassador?

I remember how excited I was when my own children started school and how much they enjoyed being a part of a school community. I know that our new families will quickly feel at home at MIC and that our existing families will be a great source of support and encouragement. I also look forward to supporting our school in every way possible. I know that together we can make a difference in the lives of our children and in our community.
